Paola has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry across various therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology, rare diseases, and general medicine. She has a strong track record of generating impactful insights for a variety of products, both pre- and post-launch. 

Most recently, Paola worked at a global market research agency where she was responsible for leading qualitative research projects across a broad range of methodologies and stakeholders (patients, caregivers, HCPs, and executives).

She has expertise in brand strategy development, communications testing, and market understanding in both local and global projects.  

Paola holds an MBA in Marketing from the Quinlan School of Business.
