Delighting Clients for Over a Decade

Founded in 2010 by Noah Pines
“After 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I know what lights me up. At ThinkGen, I work with like-minded colleagues who inspire me to see how dynamic and interesting our world is. I get to focus on what I love doing – finding the key market insights that matter, to help people live healthier lives. And, the business situations that land on my desk are incredibly thought-provoking. Working at ThinkGen is a lot more of what I love, and a lot less of what I don’t.”
— Audrey Wu, Vice President

“I started at ThinkGen more than 4 years ago as an entry level research associate. At the time, ThinkGen was a small ‘boutique’ firm of only a handful of professionals with decades of experience between them. I immediately felt welcomed throughout the company. As my ThinkGen colleagues mentored me, I saw my career advance at a pace that would not have been possible at other companies. Simultaneously, ThinkGen grew at an exponential rate, both in terms of ‘market penetration’ and integrating experienced researchers. Today, I find myself at a company that prioritizes market innovation, work-life harmony, and employee growth.”

— Mike Rose, Executive Director

“At ThinkGen, I am surrounded by passionate and ambitious researchers who really are the best in the business. As a Business Unit leader, I have an incredible amount of autonomy in terms of how I grow my team and our business relationships. ThinkGen has given me the opportunity to have a clear say in the direction of my own career development and the flexibility and support to take on challenges creatively. I am grateful to be part of a brilliant team where innovation is encouraged and individual contributions are always valued and recognized.”

— Deanna Whitlock, Senior Vice President
