We are currently looking for individuals with 5+ years of primary research experience serving pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Ideal candidates will have research supplier, consulting or agency side experience with:
  • Qualitative research expertise including design, moderating and analyses and/or
  • Quantitative research expertise including design and analyses
  • In depth category knowledge across a number of therapeutic areas
  • Client management ability
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred

SALES BUSINESS UNIT LEADERS

These business leaders will act as the key point of client contact by providing strategic insight to help shape the client’s business.  They possess creative skills to develop customized solutions that exceed client’s expectations. Responsibilities include managing people and leading teams as well as P&L responsibility. 

VICE PRESIDENT

This role will need to possess both extensive therapeutic and methodological research experience in order to create customized, action oriented business solutions. This individual should have exemplary project management skills as they will be spearheading various research engagements. Additionally, must be poised and articulate, as this is position involves a high degree of Client interaction.

RESEARCH DIRECTOR

One of the primary responsibilities with this position is to be able to effectively execute the vision of a given research project. Must be able to deliver as promised, so that project milestones are attained. When needed, this individual will also have the experience to respond and implement contingencies as needed, in order to keep the research engagement on target.

RESEARCH MANAGER

This is a key role in the Research Team environment, as this individual will often assume a majority of the heavy lifting associated with a specific project. Additionally, this individual will be called upon to coordinate the internal logistics (ie Field) for the research engagement.

RESEARCH ANALYST

This individual will be responsible for the array of administrative tasks associated with a given project. This role requires flexibility, and a proven track record for multi-tasking, as the Analyst’s day could greatly vary from one day to the next.
