Kim brings 20+ years of healthcare experience and patient advocacy to ThinGen. Kim is passionate about giving every patient a voice to influence the future of healthcare. As an accomplished and goal driven clinical research professional, Kim is proficient in managing qualitative research projects from concept to completion, operational process designs and recruitment and retention strategies.

Prior to ThinkGen, Kim was a qualitative research project manager and head of operations at firms where she oversaw the successful execution of domestic and global engagements. Kim has a proven record for recruiting the unrecruitable, developing long lasting client relationships and successfully onboarding new employees. Her therapeutic experience includes rare diseases, ophthalmology, oncology.

Kim holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Neumann College.
