Charlie’s commitment to understanding patient and health care provider stories has guided his career. A seasoned qualitative researcher and moderator, Charlie has over eight years of experience conducting healthcare communication studies, both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining ThinkGen, Charlie worked on public health campaign research in D.C. and then moved to Chicago to begin focusing on pharmaceutical market research. He is particularly knowledgeable about oncology, cardiometabolic disease, and respiratory diseases.

Charlie earned both his master’s and B.A. in public health from the University of Virginia.
