    VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

    Kristy is a dynamic and creative operations professional with almost two decades of experience in developing and driving processes that set company and clients up for success.

    Beginning her early career as a researcher and interviewer, she found her passion for operations in developing quality assurance standards for a market research company in California.

    Over the course of her career, Kristy has been responsible for an array of operational functions, including but not limited to procurement and contractual compliance, partnering with internal stakeholders, and establishing ways of working that are data-driven to ensure consistency and continued productivity. She has also championed ISO certification and compliance to ensure a gold standard of client protection and internal accountability.

    Kristy received a BS in Psychology from University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
