Heather has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market research industry, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research design and management, both domestically and globally.
Heather has conducted hundreds of in-depth interviews and focus groups on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry, with a variety of stakeholders. Prior to joining ThinkGen in 2015, she spent 7+ years working for GfK designing and executing quantitative research studies, including segmentation, conjoint, pricing, ATU, customer satisfaction, and concept/message testing.
While Heather’s therapeutic experience extends across numerous categories, she has spent the last ten years conducting research in rare disease. Her passion for rare diseases has offered her many opportunities to uniquely engage with pharma and advocacy organizations, including attendance at national and regional rare disease conferences (NORD, Global Genes), co-authoring a whitepaper on how to optimize clinical trial design in rare disease, and presenting a workshop at Intellus on how to include empathy in product and program design.
Heather holds a B.A. from Temple University and a MLIS degree from Drexel University.
